Hotmelt TPU Film in a range of thicknesses, the key to No-Sew construction; stretchy skin logos that never crack; TPU-coated textiles with outstanding abrasion resistance, durability, water repellency and no color migration; and highly resilient, breathable PU Foam. Every SAMBU product serves as a key material in footwear manufacturing, trusted by the world's leading brands.

DOT LAMINATION

Conventional insoles could not be recycled because the top cloth and foam were difficult to separate. SAMBU's proprietary Dot Lamination process allows the two materials to be separated completely and recycled individually, supporting a continuous Closed Loop within the industry.

Dream-Tex, adding
function and feel

Dream-Tex, a TPU-coated fabric, is a new concept in textiles that combines inherent water repellency, excellent abrasion resistance and durability with a distinctive hand feel. It can be used not only in sportswear but in any apparel that requires special functionality, and because it can be blended with any yarn, different blend ratios produce a variety of effects.
