Consultation & Reporting

SAMBU Fine Chemical operates a reporting system to reduce operational losses and foster an ethical corporate culture. Anyone can submit an anonymous report via our dedicated e-mail address or dedicated phone line.

Required items Subject, e-mail address (for replies), report details

Optional items Name, mobile phone number (you may report without entering these, and the reply e-mail address may be one that does not reveal your real name)

Retention period Submission records on the website server are automatically deleted 3 years after the date of receipt, and staff e-mail is kept for 1 year from the completion date (5 years for misconduct reports) and then deleted.

Whistleblower protection The report form does not store your IP address and leaves no web server access log. Report details are delivered only to the designated persons in charge.

Right to refuse consent You may refuse to consent; in that case, you cannot submit a report through the website. You may submit a report via the dedicated line or by post.

Overseas transfer Because our website server is located in the United States, the information you enter in this form is transmitted over information and communications networks to AWS servers located in the United States provided by Amazon Web Services Korea LLC when you submit the form and is kept there for the retention period above. If you do not consent to the overseas transfer, you cannot use the website form; you may submit a report via the dedicated line or by post.
